Mission Statement
Our organization’s main goal is to assist all those who have a physical or mental disability by integrating them into society as much as possible to allow for mental, physical and spiritual growth.  With that goal in mind we have created a series of creativity workshops and children’s festivals. 

Background
Since 1994 Special Angels has provided a series of art programs for children with physical and mental disabilities.  The artistic ability of their students has taken many by surprise and has gained the organization media exposure and support.  The children's painting preferences range from expressing chimerical themes to creating colorful portraits.  Currently the group is part of a public art project in a local shopping center in the City of Bell Gardens.  All services are provided to students free and include, art classes, crafts, holiday festivities, costume parties, birthday parties and talent shows.  The organization is run by volunteers.  For more information write to SpecialAngelsUSA@yahoo.com.
