A desire to integrate with existing efforts to redefine a culturally exciting community is all it takes. Participate with confidence knowing each property will be treated with the utmost respect.

The search for prime storefront and other highly visible spaces is the initial step in realizing the potential of this project. Properties that are under construction or used for storage can benefit from artwork camouflaging the windows instead of rolling down the iron doors to conceal vacancy.

Each window will be a one of its kind experience. Phantom Galleries L.A. will evaluate information from "Phantom Galleries Property Questionnaire" and interview to generate a complete and accurate proposal. These guidelines will establish timelines from installation through removal. The Installation is directly related to the flexibility of the property itself.

Phantom Galleries L.A. will also use this information to select proper artist for each property form an established waiting list. Some artists have artwork ready to be placed immediately while others will create exhibits tailored to the specific site. Upon request, an artist will submit an exhibit proposal to property owner for approval. Phantom Galleries L.A. will keep the interested parties informed of the progress at all times.

Liza Simone will be present for all installations and removals and is the point person for all concerns.
